Kaushlendra Tiwari was enrolled with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh in 2003 and has since built a practice rooted in trial-court advocacy, civil and commercial litigation, and consumer dispute resolution. The work is hands-on: pleadings drafted in chambers, witnesses examined in person, and appeals argued before the bench rather than delegated.
Clients range from individuals navigating a single matter — a bail application, a cheque-bounce notice, a builder dispute — to companies with recurring labour, recovery and contract issues.
